Kamryn grew up in York, Nebraska where she was raised in a military family. She attended Concordia University in Nebraska where she played softball and received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Sports Psychology in 2020. Upon graduating a year early from undergraduate studies, she took what would have been her final year of undergrad to travel.

She moved to Southern California where she worked for the Goodpasture family and started her journey working with Native families.

She moved to Texas in 2021 where she attended Abilene Christian University and received her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy in 2023. Kamryn’s love for occupational therapy started at a young age. She grew up with children with special needs and has a special place in her heart for helping children of all abilities achieve their maximum potential. Her strengths lie in sensory processing, social-emotional skills, and cognitive functioning.
