Riley is a Tribal Home Visitor and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Acorns to Oak Trees. Raised in Temecula alongside her three siblings, who were diagnosed with neurodevelopmental disorders at a young age, Riley developed a deep passion for advocating for children and families through both personal and lived experience.
During high school, she volunteered as an assistant teacher in local elementary school after-school programs, where she worked closely with students on the autism spectrum. These experiences inspired her ongoing commitment to supporting children with diverse developmental and behavioral needs.
While earning her bachelor’s degree, Riley worked as an RBT and Case Manager, providing support services to more than 50 families. Since beginning her professional work in 2023, she has remained dedicated to expanding her knowledge and skills in the field. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis (M.S. ABA) and working toward her BCBA certification.
Outside of her professional and academic work, Riley enjoys reading, hiking, volunteering, and learning new languages. She also serves as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for Riverside County, advocating for the health, safety, and well-being of children in foster care. Riley is honored to continue the mission of Acorns to Oak Trees and support the families they serve.
